No wonder Indonesia export its labor cheaply to the neighboring country like Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Hongkong which most of them is women and work as domestic helper with the lower salary the destinations country can give.
Example in Malaysia, they can pay the domestic helper from Philippine and another country higher than from Indonesia. Why? Because their government care about that. But what Indonesia government effort to help the Indonesian workers? Except the tighten birocracy and higher processing fee?
Proses dan penangananTenaga kerja Indonesia ke luar negeri seharusnya di kendalikan sendiri oleh pemerintah melalui departemen tenaga kerja sebagai bentuk kepedulian terhadap warga negara dan bukan di serahkan kepada agency pekerjaan yang berorientasi keuntungan atau profit. Sehingga istilah calo tenaga kerja dan penyalur tenaga kerja illegal tidak akan masuk ke dalam kamus pencari kerja.
